This explains who owns what when you use Eden Tally: the inputs you provide, and the boards, reels and Budget Packs the tool generates.
1. Your inputs
You keep all ownership of the briefs, project details and dimension text or sketches you submit. You grant EDEN CONSULTING SOLUTIONS LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to operate the estimator and produce your results, including transient processing by our infrastructure and generation providers. We read uploaded sketches for measurements and text only.
2. No model training
We do not use your inputs or generated results to train AI or machine-learning models, and we do not sell them. Uploaded material is cached on a rolling 30-day basis and then cleared unless you save it to your account.
3. Your generated results
Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you own the cost breakdowns, boards, reels and Budget Packs generated for you and may use them for your personal project planning, including sharing them with family, co-owners or your own tradespeople.
4. What you may not do
- Present indicative outputs as certified valuations, bills of quantities or guarantees.
- Resell or redistribute the outputs as a competing estimating product or template library.
- Remove disclaimers that accompany exported Budget Packs.
5. Our materials
The Eden Tally software, brand, templates, sample imagery and board designs remain the property of EDEN CONSULTING SOLUTIONS LIMITED and are protected by intellectual-property law. Example imagery on this site is illustrative of the tool’s output style.
